What is your return policy?
Currently, we do not accept returns for consumable products such as Card Singles, Accessories, and Sealed Products. Upon request, we will provide pictures and videos to verify the product's condition and authenticity before shipping.
For manufacturing-related damage to items, please contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement. This includes, but is not limited to, sleeves, deck boxes, playmats, and singles from sealed packs with damages such as crimping and miscuts.
Note: All packs are sourced from untampered, factory-sealed booster boxes and are therefore non-returnable.

Yes, we offer shipping to other countries, however the recipient will be responsible for shipping costs and insurance. The average price of shipping outside the PH is around P3,500 or $75 USD.
